Description

This course covers the concepts and skills needed for success in today's business environment including verbal and non-verbal communication, listening skills, and interpersonal skills. Emphasis is placed on dealing with customer service problems, how to handle conflicts, stress, and service expectations in a diverse culture, and effective customer service management.
