Computational Tools and Methods

In this course students explore and employ computational genomic tools. Learners will explore the tools and resources need to extract biological information from genomic data. The basic principles underlying genomic analysis including sequence alignment, phylogenetic analyses, genome annotation, gene prediction and gene expression analysis will be applied.
