Capstone

Description

his is a self-directed course that allows professionals to explore an aspect of their emerging leadership within the context of developing and completing a capstone project. The purpose of this project is to enable students to more deeply explore the current and relevant educational challenges and issues within their own practice and/or organization. Students enrolled in this course will work independently with an instructor who will help guide the completion of the capstone project, providing suggestions, direction, and clarity.  This course is graded on a Pass/Fail basis.
