Cannabis Law and Ethics

This course examines the current state of cannabis legislation in Canada and the various federal and provincial laws that govern access to and use of medical and recreational cannabis. Students will learn about regulations as they relate to the production, promotion, packaging, sale, and use of cannabis, within the framework of ensuring government compliance.
