Business Analysis

The Project Manager is often called on to wear many hats, and the role of the business analyst is a very common one.
 

In this course you will be exposed to and practice the five domains of:
Needs Assessment, Planning, Analysis, Traceability and Monitoring, and Evaluation as well as planning for the testing cycle. This will be done through the creation of current and future states utilizing various modeling techniques.
 

A distinction between the roles of the PM and BA, and how they support each other will also be addressed.
