Biosequence Pattern Analysis

This course enables students to master the concepts in analyzing biosequence patterns. Key concepts explored include data clustering, population genetics, genome evolutionary models, amino acid substitution matrices algorithms for pairwise and multi sequence alignments, molecular phylogenetic analysis, sequence pattern and family recognition, and omics data analysis. Learners work collaboratively to apply biosequence pattern analysis to drug development and diseases treatments.
