Agile Project Management and Requirements Management

Description

Organizations today require employees' skills to be scalable and diversified and to manage projects and requirements using various frameworks, methodologies, and tools and techniques. This course allows students to experience how Project Managers and Business Analysts often wear many hats to ensure the delivery of a valuable product or service by understanding customer needs, assessing, and evaluating options and risks, and finally documenting these needs using various techniques. As a result, the ability to perform project work using Traditional business analysis techniques and Agile techniques will increase project quality and success. The course will define the various expected roles in Traditional and Agile; will use specific modeling techniques to determine requirements and user stories. Students will expand their project management and business analysis skills and increase their capabilities and employability by blending Agile and Traditional approaches to align with specific situations and becoming more valuable team members in Agile, Traditional, and Hybrid frameworks.
