Advocacy in Early Education
Description
Knowledge of advocacy methods is most important in the professional growth of all career-oriented individuals. The Community Advocacy focus will be to engage in conversations around early childhood education and child care policy development, research and practice. This course strives to voice the needs, concerns and rights of early childhood educators in these important discussions that have an impact on the work of early childhood educators in Ontario. Concepts are taught to highlight polite and respectful advocacy.
