Description
Lean Six Sigma is a problem-solving methodology that businesses use to deliver value for customers, generate higher returns for shareholders, and create an engaged workplace for employees. This hands-on course covers the more advanced tools of Lean Six Sigma. It describes the use of statistical techniques to identify projects more effectively, conduct baseline analysis, and managing process improvement and process control. The course also covers techniques for data collection and quantifying data measurement system errors, analyzing process variation, statistical hypothesis testing, and designing experiments to improve processes.
